Overcoming Post-Implementation Barriers to GenAI Adoption: Four GMO Internet Group Companies Share Practical Insights at “GMO AI Scramble 2026”

GMO AI Connect, Inc., led by President and CEO Fumie Kato, will host a free in-person event titled “GMO AI Scramble 2026” at GMO Yours Fukuras in Shibuya, Tokyo, on Wednesday, September 16, 2026. Co-hosted by three group companies—GMO GlobalSign Holdings K.K., GMO GlobalSign K.K., and GMO Tenbin AI Inc.—the event addresses a growing corporate challenge: sustaining frontline adoption after the initial rollout of generative AI.

Set against the backdrop of the GMO Internet Group’s 97.8% generative AI utilization rate, the event draws on the hands-on experience of four group companies and moves beyond standard product pitches. Through lightning talks, presenters will share the philosophy behind their services and concrete approaches to overcoming adoption obstacles, featuring services such as “GMO Sign” and “GMO Trust Login.” A panel discussion will follow, in which representatives from all four companies discuss the realities of internal AI use and the reasons adoption often stalls on the client side. Free to attend with prior registration (capacity: 120), the event also includes an optional networking session for participants to exchange real-world challenges and insights.
