Benefit Details
Shareholders will receive Bitcoin equivalent to 0.03% of the purchase amount of the Company's shares at GMO CLICK Securities (rounded up to the nearest yen), credited to their crypto asset trading account at GMO Coin, Inc. (up to a maximum of 10,000 yen).
- Eligible transaction period: April 1, 2026 – September 30, 2026

From Application to Crediting
1. Purchase
Purchase shares of GMO GlobalSign Holdings (Securities Code: 3788) through GMO CLICK Securities.
2. Prepare Your Information
Have your account information for GMO CLICK Securities and GMO Coin ready (if you have not yet opened these accounts, please do so in advance).
3. Apply
Log in to the shareholder benefit website opens in a new tab with your shareholder number and postal code, and register your email address.
4. Crediting
Based on the purchase amount during the eligible period, Bitcoin will be credited to your GMO Coin account around November 2026. Even if you apply partway through the period, transactions made on or after April 1, 2026 are covered retroactively.
How to Apply (applications open at 10:00 a.m. on April 1, 2026)
- Have your shareholder number (9 digits) and postal code (7 digits) ready. Your shareholder number can be found on the enclosed Statement of Dividends.
- Access the shareholder benefit website opens in a new tab and enter your shareholder number and postal code.
- After you enter your email address, we will send you a URL for completing registration. Click the URL in the email and follow the instructions to complete the registration of your email address.
- After completing registration, follow the on-screen instructions to proceed with the application procedure for GMO CLICK Securities.
* If your address has changed since the end of December 2025, please log in using the postal code recorded in the shareholder registry as of the end of December 2025.

Important Notes on Use
- The benefit cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to anyone other than the registered shareholder. If an application based on a transfer is discovered, it will be invalidated.
- The Company assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any trouble arising from use by anyone other than the registered shareholder.
- After the application deadline (September 30, 2026) has passed, no extension or acceptance of applications will be granted for any reason.
- The shareholder number required for the application can be found on the enclosed Statement of Dividends.
- Please register an email address at which you can reliably receive messages (a PC email address is recommended). We will contact you by email, for example, if information is missing from your application. If you change your email address, be sure to notify the Shareholder Benefit Office.
- If you close your GMO CLICK Securities or GMO Coin account after applying, you will no longer be eligible to receive the benefit.
- Bitcoin will be credited to the shareholder's own GMO Coin account. The amount of Bitcoin to be granted will be determined in November 2026, after the application period ends.
- Only transactions conducted through GMO CLICK Securities are eligible (transactions at other securities companies are not eligible).
Notification of Application Results
After you apply for the shareholder benefit, we will verify your account information and notify you of the results by email by the end of the following month. Verification is complete when you receive the [Application Complete] email. You will receive several notification emails before the crediting is complete.
* Personal information obtained in connection with this program will be used solely for the purpose of providing this service and may be provided to related group companies to the extent necessary.
