Announcement Regarding the Acquisition of Shares of StrategIT Co., Ltd. (Conversion into a Subsidiary)
GMO GlobalSign Holdings K.K. (hereinafter the “Company”) hereby announces that at the Board of Directors meeting held on April 20, 2026, it resolved to acquire the shares of StrategIT Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "StrategIT"), a company developing an MCP (Multi-Connection Platform) equipped with API connectors, and to make it a subsidiary of the Company as follows.
