GMO Prime Strategy Co., Ltd. and GMO AI Connect Co., Ltd., a consolidated company of GMO GlobalSign Holdings K.K., announced that they will begin offering an integration between GMO Prime Strategy’s enterprise Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) software, GMO AI RAG, and GMO AI Connect’s integration platform as a service (iPaaS) and AI agent platform, JOINT AI Flow byGMO, from October 19, 2026.
With this integration, workflows built on JOINT AI Flow byGMO can reference internal documents, such as work rules and manuals, via GMO AI RAG, and can incorporate decisions and processing based on the referenced content. GMO AI RAG ingests files from existing storage, such as Microsoft SharePoint and Google Drive, so documents can stay where they are. When source files are updated, the content referenced by the workflows is updated from the next ingestion onward. Companies can build no-code workflows that follow internal rules without developing a separate RAG infrastructure, extending automation to tasks that involve decisions based on internal rules, such as approval and application workflows. The two companies aim to address the gap between knowledge systems and business automation. They plan to expand supported use cases and jointly make proposals tailored to customers’ needs.
