Entry Instructions for Cerulean Tower

Please proceed to the GMO Internet Group reception desk located directly in front of the office entrance on the lobby floor.

Following the on-screen instructions on the reception terminal at the counter, please enter your visitor number. Once check-in is complete, you will be handed a guest card.
*Your visitor number is required at check-in. -
After receiving your guest card, pass through the security gate and take the elevator to the 16th floor. The security gate will open when you hold up your guest card.
There is a dedicated office lobby entrance on the B1 floor. The B1 lobby may only be used in the following cases:
- When you have made an appointment in advance with a member of our staff
- When a reception desk has been specially set up in the B1 lobby for an event
Please receive a guest card from one of our partners (employees) or at the reception desk, then pass through the security gate and take the elevator to the 16th floor, where the reception desk is located.
*The security staff in the B1 lobby cannot hand out guest cards.
