Take the escalator on the north side up to the 2nd floor and proceed into Shibuya Fukuras.

Keeping the “GMO Digital Art Museum” on your right, continue straight ahead.
About the GMO Digital Art Museum

Enter the office entrance and take the elevator up to the 8th floor.

Once you arrive on the 8th floor, operate the reception system to issue a guest card.

Please touch the “Please touch this button.” button displayed on the reception system.

You will be asked to enter your reception number (visitor number).
*The reception number (visitor number) will be provided in advance by the person in charge. Please make sure not to forget it when you visit.

The details of the person you are visiting will be displayed on the screen. After confirming the screen, please touch the “Issue” button on the right side.
The specified number of guest cards will be issued one by one, so please place them in a card holder provided next to the reception system and carry them with you.

Once the guest cards have been issued, each person should hold one card and touch it to the security gate. An elevator that goes to the 15th floor will arrive.

Please touch your guest card to the sensor area of the security gate.

An elevator number will be shown on the panel at the exit side of the gate (in the photo, “C” is designated). Please wait in front of the designated elevator.

The designated elevator will arrive; please take it up to the reception desk on the 15th floor.

Once you arrive on the 15th floor, operate the tablet at the reception desk and confirm the security items and other information.
When check-in is complete, a sticker printed with your photo and name will be issued. Please attach the sticker to your chest and wait for the person in charge in the lounge area to the right of the reception desk.
*A reception partner will assist you with check-in and with issuing and attaching the sticker.

Cross the 2nd-floor deck and proceed toward the south side.

Keeping the Shibuya Station West Exit pedestrian bridge on your left, continue straight ahead.

Enter the building through the entrance on the south side.

From the office entrance, take the elevator up to the 8th floor.

When leaving, with your back to the elevators, proceed to the security gate on the far left.

There is a guest card return slot on the security gate. Please insert your card there.
