@YMC Corporation to Offer Movable Type 4.1 in Application Installation Service

Tokyo – February 13, 2008 – GMO Hosting & Security consolidated subsidiary @YMC Corporation announces that beginning tomorrow, Application Installation Service will offer the latest version of Movable Type (Movable Type 4.1). GMO Hosting & Security is a GMO Internet Group company.

The @YMC Corporation Installation Service will now offer the latest version of Movable Type (Movable Type 4.1). New features in Movable Type 4.1 include the Custom Field feature that allows users to create their own customized fields for blog entries, web pages, comments, folders or category fields.

Application Installation Service
This service, for customers using the @YMC Corporation Managed Server Service offers application installation by specialist @YMC technicians. In addition to blogging tools the service covers the installation of a wide range of web site construction and management applications including online store building applications, communication tools, groupware and development tools.
We also provide the license required for commercial use so there is no need for our customers to spend time procuring one.
